    1. Q- Who is Smut4Less?
    A- Smut4less sells adult related entertainment products. We are here to serve the adult community with the best service and lowest prices possible. We have been in business since 1989 and have been on the web since 1995. You can rely on us, we are not a fly by night business like some others on the web.


    2. Q- Are orders shipped in plain packaging?
    A- We ship all items in plain boxes or mailers only. No indication of the contents of the packages appears on the outside. The return address label says A Enterprises.
    3. Q- How will my purchase appear on my credit card bill?
    A- The charge on your credit card will appear as Adonis Enterprises.
    4. Q- I do not want to use my credit card or do not have one . Can I pay with personal check or money order?
    A- Yes we will accept personal checks and money orders for domestic orders only. International customers must pay by credit card or a money order in US funds. Just go to the order page and hit the "print order form" and mail to the address on the form.
    5. Q- Can I talk to a customer service representative?
    A- Yes we have a 24 hour automated order line or if you need to talk to a customer service representative look for our Live Chat Host online 9-5 m-f EST.
    6. Q- What is your Return Policy?
    A- Due to the nature of the product we can not accept Returns unless the item is defective. If defective we will replace for same item only! A credit toward future purchases will be issued for return mailing charges on all defective returns. If defective you have 14 days after receipt to contact and return the item(s). Please do not send products back without a return authorization. They will be refused and sent back.
    7. Q- Do you ever substitute items?
    A- Yes, on rare occasions we will be indefinately out of stock of an item you have ordered. When this happens we may substitute the item ordered of a similar item of equal or greater value.
    8. Q- What is the normal shipping time for orders?
    A- For domestic orders, about 5-7 business days if item is stock. For international, orders will take a little longer. We ship by USPS Priority Mail since many of our customers have PO boxes and UPS will not deliver to them.
    9. Q-Do you accept international orders?
    A-Yes, we do accept international orders. To guarantee delivery we only ship one method. This is by international Global Prioriy Mail. Orders take approx one week once shipped. We can track this order and offer all guarantees allowed domestic orders. All persons placing international orders are responsible for assuring that these items are legal in your respective country. Items shipped to other countries are non returnable. The person placing the international order is responsible for all return mailing costs incurred by Adonis Enterprises.
    11. Q- Can I get a toy that is not on your list?
    A- Yes , we can special order your toy in most instances. We can still get you a great price on almost anything. Just e-mail your request and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you ASAP.

    A- Our buyers search for the best prices available on all of our products. We then pass on the savings to you. We do not believe in gouging our customers. You get enough of that from everyone else.
    13. Q- Do you offer Next Day Shipping?
    A- Yes- We offer next day shippiment on instock items. The Minimum charge is $20.00 for most, but is the weight of the items the effects the cost. Contact us for the price if you would like this service.
